Academic Gains
Pursuant to ARS 15-241 D(2) the department is reporting the academic gains on the Arizona Instrument to Measure
Standards (AIMS) test for each public school district, charter holder, and school. The academic gains are calculated by
determining the average scale scores for students in the current academic year as compared to the average scale scores
for the previous academic year for the same students.
