REMINDER: The ARRA Recipient Reporting Application will be available through Common Logon starting March 1, 2010 through March 15, 2010 for the 4th Quarter Data Correction (10/01/2009 – 12/31/2009 period). Important Notice: Due to the state’s revenue shortfall, the third quarter allotment (January – March) for state non-formula programs will be rolled over to the fourth quarter (April – June). Click here to view the Memorandum from Superintendent Tom Horne.

Important Alert: Due to the FY 2011 budget reductions made to the School Safety Program, the renewal application release and due dates are delayed. Additional guidance is forthcoming.

   Audit Evaluation A required evaluation which the Arizona Department of Education uses to assess whether an entity requires an annual OMB Circular A-133 audit.

Apple computers and internet browsers such as Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome will not allow users to save data in the Grants Management system.
